About the role:
As a customer service representative at Probe CX, you will initially handle entry-level calls, but as you gain experience and demonstrate your abilities, you will progress to more complex call types and back-of-house tasks. This role will provide you with a rewarding and ever-evolving work experience, allowing you to enhance your communication and problem-solving skills while engaging with a diverse group of customers.

Key Points -
Permanent full time - 38hrs per week
Hourly rate & incentives
Monday - Friday rotating roster between the hours of 8am - 8pm (Weekend hours may be required as per client needs)
Penalty rates for any weekend work completed and anytime after 7pm
Comprehensive Full Time PAID training onsite with ongoing development opportunities
Attractive hybrid/work from home options available once you've settled into your new role (More info available at interview)
Please note - this is a Hybrid role and requires an element of regular on-site attendance.

Kindly take note that, this is an Australian based role and considering the requirements of our client, you must meet the following criteria to be eligible:
Hold current Australian Citizenship,
Be willing and eligible to obtain a security clearance to the level applicable (this is at no cost to you), and
Have lived in Australia for the last 5 consecutive years (a 5-year footprint),
