About This Role

We seek an experienced partnerships coordinator to contribute to the development and execution of our brand and partnership strategies. In this role, you will work across various brands, including those focused on healthcare and wellness, ensuring consistent messaging, visual identity, and branding standards.

Main Responsibilities:

  • Develop and implement long-term marketing and brand strategies to promote our services and products.
  • Contribute to the development and implementation of membership and brand communications campaigns.
  • Manage brand activities, ensuring all brands are represented to high standards, with consistent messaging, visual, and verbal identity.

Partnerships and Community Value:

  • Contribute to the development and implementation of our long-term partnership strategy, focusing on collaborations that align with our values and goals.
  • Responsible for planning and execution of partnership activities, such as corporate sponsorships and joint marketing initiatives.
  • Actively review sponsorship effectiveness against our sponsorship strategies and yearly brand health research.
  • Support the development and execution of joint marketing and promotional campaigns with partners.

Member and Customer Experience:

  • Demonstrate exceptional customer service skills, identifying and responding to customer needs, and providing solutions to meet their expectations.
  • Contribute to the development and implementation of a purpose-led brand approach, championing members' and community interests while promoting our brand and business strategy.

Stakeholder Engagement:

  • Collaborate with internal departments and external agencies to ensure brand consistency and maintain strong relationships with stakeholders.

About You:

You will possess well-developed communication and interpersonal skills, be thoughtful and organized in your approach, and demonstrate exceptional customer service skills.

Your Experience, Skills & Attributes:

  • Tertiary qualifications in marketing or a related field (or relevant work experience).
  • Strong communication, interpersonal skills, and attention to detail.
  • Working knowledge of marketing, brand, and partnership principles.
  • Ability to work closely and collaboratively with key stakeholders.
  • Ability to work across multiple projects at once.
