About Us
- We are seeking a professional Claims Case Manager to join our team.
As a Claims Case Manager, you will be responsible for managing a portfolio of complex life insurance claims. You will work with customers to understand their needs and provide empathetic support throughout the claims process. Your primary goal is to deliver high-quality results while meeting service level agreements (SLAs) and quality standards.
Key Responsibilities- Manage a portfolio of complex life insurance claims, including TPD, IP, and Death claims.
- Work with customers to understand their needs and provide empathetic support throughout the claims process.
- Deliver high-quality results while meeting SLAs and quality standards.
- Communicate clearly and professionally with customers, stakeholders, and medical providers.
- Collaborate with internal teams to resolve issues and improve processes.
- Bachelor's degree in a relevant field (e.g., allied health, business, or insurance).
- 3+ years of experience in life insurance claims management, preferably in a Group Insurance environment.
- Strong analytical and problem-solving skills.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
- Able to work independently and as part of a team.
- Familiarity with digital systems and technology.
