About the Opportunity:
- The NDIS Onboarding Specialist will provide timely and accurate financial onboarding for participants accessing NDIS services through Help Enterprises.
- You'll be responsible for efficiently processing all participant onboarding tasks within specified timeframes.
- Understanding NDIS Funding Models and Price Guides is crucial to this role.
- You'll interpret available supports to ensure participants receive suitable assistance.
- Effective communication with stakeholders, including participants, families, and other relevant parties, is vital.
- You'll represent Help Enterprises professionally and positively during all interactions.
- Your support with creating service bookings through the NDIS Portal is essential.
- Investigating unclaimed revenue and ensuring participant agreements are completed in a timely manner are key responsibilities.
- Accurate data entry in the Customer Information Management System is also required.
About You:
We're seeking motivated and value-driven individuals with exceptional attention to detail to join our Centralised Services team.
- High proficiency in Microsoft Office software products is expected.
- Experience working within the NDIS Portal is necessary.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills are essential.
- You'll need to demonstrate independence and teamwork abilities.
- High-level attention to detail and ability to prioritise workload are must-haves.
- Previous experience with NDIS and high-volume workloads is desirable.
This Full-Time position is located at North Lakes, offering a competitive salary package: estimated annual remuneration $65,000 - $75,000.
