About the Role

We are seeking an experienced Electrical Project Manager to join our team in Australia. As a key member of our Transmission & Electrification team, you will be responsible for managing and delivering electrical design and/or power systems projects across various locations.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Liaise with clients to understand their needs and develop project scope, timelines, and cost management systems.
  • Lead and manage teams of engineers to deliver high-quality projects within budget and timeframe.
  • Provide technical leadership on multiple projects, ensuring compliance with WSP quality systems and client requirements.
  • Mentor junior engineers to develop their skills and knowledge.
  • Collaborate with colleagues to ensure effective communication and integration across projects.

Requirements:

  • Bachelor's degree in Engineering (or equivalent) and Chartered status CPENG & RPEQ (desirable).
  • Extensive experience in electrical design and/or power systems project management.
  • Demonstrated understanding of transmission, distribution, high voltage infrastructure, and/or power systems projects.
  • Proven ability to monitor and manage project scope, timelines, and costs.

Salary and Benefits

The salary for this position is $120,000 - $150,000 AUD per annum, depending on experience. Additionally, we offer a comprehensive benefits package, including health insurance, retirement savings plan, and professional development opportunities.

Location

This role can be based anywhere in Australia, with a preference for NSW, VIC, QLD, and SA.
