We are seeking an experienced Electrical Project Manager to join our team at Concentis in Brisbane, Queensland. As a key member of our delivery team, you will oversee the successful execution of electrical projects on a complex brownfield mine site in the Northern Territory.

About the Role

This is a client-side role that requires frequent travel to remote locations. You will be responsible for managing project programs, ensuring that sub-contractors complete works to meet schedule and quality requirements. Your strong leadership skills and experience in electrical construction supervision will enable you to drive compliance and achieve targets in a safe manner.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Oversight of project programs, including management of sub-contractor works and progress tracking
  • Providing daily supervision, direction, and leadership to achieve targets in a safe manner
  • Management of the day-to-day interface with contracting partners, focusing on safety, quality, and environmental aspects
  • Safety leadership in developing and maintaining a safety culture and ensuring contracting partners comply with safety policies and relevant HSE standards

The ideal candidate will have:

  • A trades certificate in an associated discipline or equivalent qualification
  • Extensive experience in electrical construction supervision of projects in the mining, oil, and gas sectors
  • Strong sub-contractor management experience
  • Background in leading the delivery of electrical projects in Civil/Mining or Oil & Gas environments
