About the Electrical Supervisor Role

The Electrical Supervisor is responsible for ensuring the successful implementation of projects to meet contract requirements.

About Your Responsibilities

  • Supervise site activities, ensuring safe working practices in accordance with client safety systems and processes.
  • Plan and ensure environmental management of construction activities in accordance with client environmental management systems and processes.
  • Ensure team members complete allocated projects in accordance with project specifications.
  • Plan construction activities in consultation with the Project Engineer, setting priorities and allocating resources to meet objectives and deadlines.

About You

  • At least 5 years' experience as an Electrical Supervisor in a construction-related environment.
  • Education in electrical disciplines.
  • Australian Driver's Licence.
  • Demonstrated ability to work independently, prioritise tasks, and meet deadlines in a fast-paced environment.
  • Strong communication and negotiation skills with the ability to establish effective relationships.
