APS3 Business Operations Officer

This is a high-profile opportunity to take on a challenging and rewarding role as an APS3 Service Support Officer.
The ideal candidate will have a strong background in business operations, with experience in supporting service delivery within a health service and/or government environment.
We are seeking a highly skilled professional to provide exceptional customer service, resolve client enquiries, and offer administrative support across all service delivery streams.
The successful applicant will be responsible for coordinating regional events, managing correspondence and deliveries, arranging travel, and processing invoices.
To excel in this role, you will require:
- Demonstrated expertise in business operations and supporting service delivery within a health service and/or government environment.
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
- Able to obtain a Working with Vulnerable People registration or a Working with Children check.
