Strategic Project Manager

Key Responsibilities
  • Liaise with local government, media, and planning authorities to foster alignment and transparency in major developments.
  • Secure necessary approvals, permits, and endorsements from government agencies and statutory authorities.
  • Provide strategic oversight and direction for large-scale urban projects.
  • Build relationships with senior stakeholders, including industry associations, government officials, and other leaders.
  • Represent the organisation in high-level forums and public engagements.

  • Executive presence, sound judgement, excellent communication skills, and ability to influence outcomes.
