  • We are seeking an experienced and proactive Executive Assistant to provide strategic project and executive support to the CEO.">

About the role:

This is a part-time position, 0.8 or 4 days per week, based in our offices.

Key responsibilities:

  1. ">
  2. Provide comprehensive administrative support to the CEO, including managing their calendar, scheduling meetings, and preparing agendas and meeting materials">
  3. Liaise with key stakeholders, senior executives and political members on behalf of the CEO and board">
  4. Lead several strategic projects as part of our change management agenda">
  5. Assist with the coordination and organisation of special events, projects, and other high-priority initiatives">
  6. Governance support for the board, including meetings, policy, minutes and papers">
  7. Collaborate with cross-functional teams to ensure efficient workflow and project completion">
  8. Maintain confidentiality and discretion when handling sensitive information">
  9. Provide general office management support as needed">

Requirements:

  • ">
  • Significant experience (5+ years) in an executive-level administrative or personal assistant role, ideally within a non-profit or community-focused organisation">
  • Exceptional organisational and time management skills, with the ability to prioritise tasks and work effectively under pressure">
  • Strong written and verbal communication skills, with the ability to liaise with stakeholders at all levels">
  • Proficient in using Microsoft Office suite, including advanced skills in Excel, PowerPoint, and Outlook">
  • Excellent attention to detail and problem-solving skills">
  • A proactive and flexible mindset, with the ability to anticipate the needs of the CEO and leadership team">
  • High level of discretion and confidentiality when handling sensitive information">
