Project Officer Position

We are seeking a highly skilled and motivated Project Officer to join our team and play a vital role in delivering projects that align with our business objectives.

This role is part of the Projects & Change team, where you will work collaboratively with various departments to deliver business improvement initiatives and key strategic projects on time and within high standards.

To succeed in this role, you must possess excellent organisational, time management, and communication skills. You will be driven to achieve outstanding results at all times.

Your responsibilities will include:

  • Collaborating with a passionate and innovative team focused on delivering value-adding solutions for clients and the business.
  • Assisting the Project Leader in delivering company-wide and international programs by independently leading small to medium projects through the project lifecycle.
  • Maintaining and supporting project activities to ensure outcomes are achieved on schedule.
  • Managing relationships and deliverables with stakeholders, internal and external.
  • Implementing continuous improvement initiatives based on post-project analysis.

The ideal candidate will have:

  • Minimum 2 years of experience in a project-based role.
  • Experience managing multiple tasks/projects simultaneously.
  • Creating and updating project documents and schedules.
  • Liaising with stakeholders and senior leaders for project outcomes.
  • Ability to troubleshoot issues independently and drive solutions.
  • Technical writing experience, including developing supporting material.
