Key Responsibilities:- Originate and execute high-quality M&A mandates in the APAC region and globally, ensuring seamless integration and maximum returns on investment.
- Built strong relationships with clients at various levels, fostering trust and credibility through effective communication and interpersonal skills.
- Developed and implemented comprehensive financial models, leveraging expertise in DCF modeling, merger analysis, trading, and transaction comparables.
- Conducted thorough research and analysis of companies, markets, and industries, providing actionable insights for informed decision-making.
- Collaborated with cross-functional teams, ensuring cohesive strategy execution and streamlined processes.
- 5+ years of experience in Investment Banking or M&A advisory, with a proven track record of M&A transaction execution and client engagement.
- Strong understanding of the metals and mining industry, including industry dynamics, valuation drivers, and regulatory frameworks.
- Effective communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to build and maintain strong relationships with clients and stakeholders.
- Strong analytical and problem-solving skills, with the ability to develop and implement comprehensive financial models and conduct thorough research and analysis.
- Ability to work in a fast-paced environment, prioritizing tasks and managing multiple projects simultaneously.
