Job Description

We are seeking a highly skilled and experienced Human Resources professional to join our team as a Business Partner. This is an exciting opportunity for a motivated individual who is passionate about delivering exceptional HR services and driving business outcomes.

The successful candidate will be responsible for providing strategic HR advice and support to senior leaders and managers, driving cultural change initiatives, and developing and implementing best practice HR programs.

This role requires a high degree of professionalism, discretion, and sensitivity, with the ability to build strong relationships with stakeholders at all levels of the organization.

The ideal candidate will possess a tertiary qualification in human resource management or a related field, along with significant experience in partnering with business leaders to drive business outcomes and deliver high-quality HR services.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Provide strategic HR advice and support to senior leaders and managers on people leadership matters.
  • Develop and implement best practice HR programs to drive cultural change and improve business outcomes.
  • Build and maintain strong relationships with stakeholders at all levels of the organization.
Selection Criteria:
  • Tertiary qualification in human resource management or a related field.
  • Significant experience in partnering with business leaders to drive business outcomes and deliver high-quality HR services.
  • Demonstrated knowledge of contemporary HR practices and legislation.
  • Highly developed communication and influencing skills.
  • Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and adapt to changing priorities.
