Lead Clinician for Clinical Excellence

The position of Lead Clinician for Clinical Excellence is a key appointment that requires an experienced Mental Health Nurse to elevate care and lead clinical practice improvement.

This role involves leading the evaluation and enhancement of clinical practices through evidence-based educational and professional development of mental health service staff.

The Lead Clinician will develop and evaluate quality improvement processes, including initiatives for better patient outcomes.

The role plays a vital part in ensuring that our services meet the highest standards and are aligned with current best practice guidelines.

  • Registered with Authority to Practice with Australian Health Practitioner Regulation Agency.
  • Proven experience and ability to initiate and lead evidence-based nursing clinical practice development.
  • Proven leadership skills and experience of acting as a mentor and providing clinical supervision.
