Job Overview

This is an opportunity to work as a Site Construction Coordinator where you will be responsible for ensuring that construction projects meet design, safety, and quality specifications.

Your key responsibilities will include:

  • Inspecting construction sites regularly to identify and eliminate potential hazards.
  • Coordinating and instructing the construction team as well as subcontractors.
  • Educating site workers on construction regulations and accident protocol.
  • Enforcing site rules to minimize accidents and injuries.
  • Handling site incidents in accordance with established procedures.
  • Maintaining accurate records of construction progress.
  • Evaluating the performance of construction employees and implementing disciplinary measures as needed.

You will also be responsible for analyzing plans to ensure that construction projects meet specifications and recommending improvements to increase efficiency.

Requirements

To be successful in this role, you will need:

  • Proven experience working in a similar role.
  • Working knowledge of construction tools and equipment.
  • Experience in wind farms is valuable.

The ideal candidate will have excellent communication skills and be able to work effectively in a team environment.
