Job Overview

Site engineers play a crucial role in the successful delivery of construction projects. Their primary responsibility is to ensure that projects are completed on time, within budget and to the required quality standards.

  • Provide engineering services and technical support on site
  • Plan and coordinate works, equipment, and personnel
  • Offer expert advice to staff regarding design, construction, program modification or repairs
  • Prepare and compile QA/QC documentation
  • Organize and schedule works
  • Conduct quantity take-offs
  • Ensure compliance with HSECQ regulations
  • Facilitate regular project meetings
About You
  • Extensive experience working as a site engineer
  • Strong understanding of structural, civil or hydraulic principles
  • Proficiency in inspection and asset management
  • Tertiary qualification in engineering
  • Able to effectively communicate and build strong relationships with stakeholders
  • Excellent report writing skills with attention to detail
  • Possession of a White Card
  • Valid driver's license and own vehicle
