Project Management Role

The successful candidate will lead multiple projects, ensuring timely delivery and adherence to quality standards. Key objectives include managing and maintaining building assets, developing and maintaining strong relationships with stakeholders, coordinating and overseeing project teams, contractors, and sub-contractors to optimise project workflow, driving continual improvement in project processes and outcomes, and ensuring quality control, adherence to project specifications, and site safety across all projects.


Key Responsibilities:
  • Lead multiple projects, ensuring timely delivery and adherence to quality standards.
  • Manage and maintain building assets to uphold the highest standards.
  • Develop and maintain strong relationships with stakeholders, ensuring compliance with regulatory requirements.
  • Coordinate and oversee project teams, contractors, and sub-contractors to optimise project workflow.
  • Drive continual improvement in project processes and outcomes.
  • Ensure quality control, adherence to project specifications, and site safety across all projects.

Requirements:
  • Qualification in construction/project management or trades background.
  • Minimum 3 years of site management and supervision experience in commercial and industrial sectors.
  • Commitment to high safety and quality standards.
  • Demonstrated capacity to complete major projects safely, within budget, and to strict quality standards.
  • Excellent coordination and management skills.
  • Experience in planning and programming site works.
  • Knowledge of the Building Code of Australia.
  • Strong problem-solving and analytical skills.
  • Ability to travel locally or interstate when necessary.
