About the Opportunity

We are seeking an enthusiastic and customer-centric individual to provide exceptional service to our visitors and members at our Karratha office. As the first point of contact, you will be responsible for managing day-to-day general administration responsibilities, including greeting visitors, managing meeting rooms, and maintaining a clean and tidy workspace.

Key Responsibilities
  • Greet all visitors to ASA professionally and efficiently
  • Manage meeting rooms calendar and assist with setup as required
  • Maintain a clean and tidy reception area, breakout space, meeting rooms, storerooms, and cupboards
  • Respond to client queries, make outbound calls, and manage incoming calls to the general enquiries line
  • Manage incoming and outgoing mail and other items and correspondence
  • Order consumables for the breakout area, PPE, and first aid kits
  • Issue temporary swipe cards and implement security controls
  • Log maintenance issues on the Building Management portal and respond to contractor queries
  • Provide support with Australia Post, stationery, and consumables requirements
  • Contact contractors to schedule maintenance as required
  • Undertake fortnightly stocktakes of stationery and order as needed
  • Assist with troubleshooting AV and airconditioning issues for staff and visitors
  • Support internal ASA events and functions as required
About You

To succeed in this role, you will need:

  • Previous experience in a similar role
  • Proven ability to interact with internal and external customers to deliver exceptional customer service
  • Strong verbal and written communication skills and attention to detail
  • Able to work well individually and as part of a team
  • Driven and self-motivated with problem-solving skills
  • A valid driver's license, National Police Clearance, and Working with Children Check
