About the Role:

This position is based in our Blacktown office and offers you the opportunity to build strong relationships with key stakeholders on-site. As our Recruitment Advisor, you'll be the driving force behind our talent acquisition efforts in the Metro Sydney and NSW regions. Reporting directly to the Human Resources Manager, you'll be the go-to guru for all things recruitment-related, collaborating closely with Hiring Managers to ensure we bring the best on board.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Partner with Hiring Managers to navigate the exciting journey of end-to-end recruitment processes.
  • Responsible for advertising, sourcing, interviewing and onboarding of potential employees.
  • Demonstrate creativity and craft engaging job advertisements that grab attention across various platforms.
  • Support the administrative activities that support recruitment.
  • Build effective working relationships with stakeholders and potential employees.

To Thrive in this Role:

  • Tertiary qualifications in human resources, business administration, or a related field.
  • HR and/or Recruitment experience in a similar role.
  • A proactive approach to hiring and recruitment.
  • Strong attention to detail and analytical abilities.
  • Effective organisational skills and a professional and efficient work approach.
  • Strong computer skills and experience with cloud-based software. Experience with LiveHire is advantageous, but not essential.
  • Exceptional presentation, communication skills and interpersonal skills with the ability to work collaboratively.
  • Knowledge and understanding of Aboriginal culture and values.

Requirements:

  • Valid and current Driver's Licence
  • Valid and current NSW Working with Children's Check.
  • A satisfactory criminal history check conducted by MacKillop Family Services
