Seeking a talented Corporate Lawyer to join our dynamic team, providing expert advice on mining, petroleum and natural resources law.

The Role:
We're looking for an enthusiastic and hard-working lawyer with 4-8 years of PAE experience to work closely with our Corporate Partner, Michael Boyce.
Key Responsibilities:
• Provide exceptional legal services to clients across the Mining and Energy & Resources sector.
• Collaborate with cross-functional teams to deliver innovative solutions and drive business growth.
• Develop and maintain strong relationships with clients and internal stakeholders.
• Stay up-to-date with industry trends and developments, advising on best practices and regulatory requirements.

Required Skills and Qualifications:
• Admitted lawyer with a degree in Law or related field.
• 4-8 years of PAE experience in Corporate law, preferably in the Mining and/or Energy & Resources sector.
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to build strong relationships with clients and colleagues.
• Strong analytical and problem-solving skills, with the ability to think creatively and provide innovative solutions.
• Ability to work effectively in a fast-paced environment, prioritizing tasks and managing multiple projects simultaneously.
