We are seeking experienced corporate lawyers to consult with our clients on various matters. Our ideal candidate will have a strong understanding of mergers and acquisitions, corporate restructuring, commercial contracts, and leveraged and acquisition finance.
As a consultant, you will have the opportunity to work on diverse projects, develop your skills, and build relationships with our clients. We value flexibility, adaptability, and autonomy in our consultants.
To be successful in this role, you should have:
a minimum of 4 years' post-qualification experience
strong technical knowledge and recent Australian experience
excellent communication and interpersonal skills
client service-focused approach
commercial/business acumen
resilience, adaptability, and credibility

Candidates who have experience in one or more of the following areas may also be considered: M&A, corporate restructuring, commercial contracts, awareness of leveraged and acquisition finance or other associated financings.
A full time, 9 month role for a corporate / M&A lawyer with a fintech company;
A 6 month, 4-5 days per week role for a corporate and co-sec lawyer with a medical devices company;
A 12 month, full time role for a mid-level M&A lawyer with a global offshore renewable energy company; and
A short term, 4-5 day a week, potentially fully remote role for a commercial lawyer with a digital portal company.
