Services Consultant Role

This role is responsible for leading the implementation of IT solutions for new customers.

Key responsibilities will include:

  • Leading onboarding and implementation projects
  • Acting as the primary point of contact throughout the process
  • Conducting discovery sessions and assessing customer needs
  • Providing expert guidance on IT solutions to ensure efficient environments
  • Tracking progress and responding to issues during implementations

The ideal candidate will have:

  • 2–3+ years' experience in IT implementations or consulting
  • Working knowledge of PSA systems and CRM ecosystems
  • Familiarity with RMM, SaaS, and Windows Server environments
  • High-level knowledge of networking and virtualization platforms
Skills and Qualifications
  • Experience: 2–3+ years
  • Knowledge: PSA systems, CRM ecosystems, RMM, SaaS, Windows Server, networking, virtualization
  • Education: Bachelor's degree in IT or relevant TAFE certification
