Fratelli Fresh is seeking an experienced Assistant Restaurant Manager to join their team in Miranda. As a key member of the management team, you will be responsible for leading by example and ensuring the delivery of exceptional customer experiences.

The ideal candidate will have previous experience in a supervisory or junior manager role, with a strong understanding of profit measures, cost management, and productivity. You will also have a proven track record of exceeding sales goals and a willingness to go above and beyond to achieve business objectives.

We offer a competitive remuneration package, including bonus incentives, as well as opportunities for training, development, and career progression within our hospitality group. You will be supported by a talented team of professionals who are passionate about delivering exceptional customer service.

The successful candidate will have a big picture approach, with the ability to balance daily deliverables with longer-term goals. You will be available to work Wednesday to Sunday shifts, with hours rotated depending on availability. We are looking for someone who is passionate about recruiting, training, and developing talented individuals who will be the future leaders within our business.

Estimated Salary: $80,000 - $100,000 per annum
