About the Role

We are seeking a highly skilled and experienced Senior Restaurant Supervisor to join our team at QT Newcastle. As a key member of our hospitality team, you will be responsible for leading a large team of restaurant staff and delivering exceptional customer experiences.

The successful candidate will have a proven track record in a similar role, with a focus on growing and developing a high-performing team. You will possess excellent leadership skills, with the ability to drive results in a fast-paced environment. A strong understanding of revenue management, payroll, and local/international food and dining trends is essential.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Day-to-day management of the Restaurant, including rostering and menu development.
  • Ensuring exceptional guest experiences through effective team management and service delivery.
  • Maintaining accurate records and reports, including revenue and payroll management.
  • Participating in ongoing training and development to stay up-to-date with industry trends.

Requirements

To succeed in this role, you will need:
