Restaurant Manager Job Description

We are seeking a skilled Restaurant Manager to join our team at an ALH venue in SOUTH AUSTRALIA.

About the Role:

This is a brilliant opportunity to become a Restaurant Manager at an ALH venue in SOUTH AUSTRALIA, leading a high-performing team and driving business growth through exceptional customer experiences.

Responsibilities:
  • Lead and develop a large, multi-skilled team to achieve financial and business targets.
  • Manage day-to-day operations of the Venue, including open/close procedures, back-of-house administration, recruiting team members, rostering, and assisting guests.
  • Develop and implement initiatives to drive business growth, improve operational efficiency, and enhance customer satisfaction.
  • Ensure compliance with company policies, procedures, and regulatory requirements.
Requirements:
  • Hospitality/Retail leadership experience, preferably working across food, bars, and gaming.
  • Ability to lead, develop, and coach a large team to achieve business objectives.
  • Operational experience to achieve financial and business targets.
  • Highly developed customer service skills.
  • Current industry RSA, RSG, and Approved Manager qualifications.
