**Job Opportunity:**

We are seeking a highly skilled and experienced professional to fill the role of Senior Discipline Specialist.

**About the Role:**

The successful candidate will be responsible for overseeing and coordinating the management of performance and conduct in partnership with stakeholders. This will involve developing solutions relating to discipline, performance, and conduct issues through effective research, analysis, and consideration of departmental goals and objectives.

**Key Responsibilities Include:

  • Providing expert and professional advice, representation, and consultancy services to clients on performance and conduct matters.
  • Leveraging expertise to facilitate innovative business outcomes and drive best-practice performance management.
  • Leading the development and implementation of discipline, complaints, and performance strategies and practices.
  • Interpreting situations relating to performance and conduct and consulting, mediating, negotiating, and resolving conflict across a diverse client base.
  • Preparing complex reports, correspondence, briefing notes, and submissions for senior management and other key audiences.

**Requirements:**

To be successful in this role, you will need to possess exceptional communication and interpersonal skills, as well as the ability to work effectively in a fast-paced environment. A bachelor's degree or higher in a relevant field is required, along with significant experience in a related field.
