About Aligned Leisure, a leading leisure operator, we are seeking talented individuals to join our team as Duty Captains. As a key member of our management staff, you will be responsible for overseeing daily operations, ensuring exceptional customer service, and driving business growth.

Key Responsibilities:
  1. Daily Facility Operation
  2. Conduct regular walkthroughs to maintain cleanliness, presentation, and safety standards.
  3. Manage staff rosters, breaks, and program setup to ensure efficient service delivery.
  4. Support staff in maximizing sales and minimizing wait times.
  5. Transition management to the next shift or prepare for the next day.
Health and Safety:
  1. Implement and monitor Occupational Health and Safety policies, conducting hazard inspections and risk assessments.
  2. Discuss health and safety with staff each shift and oversee evacuations when necessary.
  3. Ensure staff and contractors are properly inducted and trained.
Customer Service:
  1. Deliver outstanding service and memorable experiences for our customers.
  2. Resolve customer complaints promptly and follow up on feedback.
Essential Qualifications and Experience:
  1. Current First Aid Certificate (HLTAID003)
  2. Current Pool Lifeguard Award (SISSS00111)
  3. Current Pool Operators Certificate (SISSS)
  4. Working With Children Check or equivalent
  5. Fitness requirements as per GSPO, including annual medical assessments and swim tests
