Volunteer Programs Coordinator Job Overview

About the Role

  • Coordinate the recruitment onboarding training and ongoing support of volunteers in alignment with our Volunteer Engagement Framework and compliance standards.
  • Match volunteers to suitable opportunities across the organisation considering their skills interests and personal goals.
  • Foster strong relationships with internal teams and external stakeholders to promote grow and support the volunteer program within the allocated region.
  • Monitor and report on program performance conduct regular reviews and contribute to volunteer recognition and continuous improvement initiatives.

Your Benefits

What We Need From You

  • You will need a Working with Vulnerable People Card with NDIS endorsement and child related activity.
  • You will need an NDIS Worker Orientation Module Certificate.
  • You will need Reliable Car with Driver's License and Comprehensive Insurance.
  • Relevant experience or tertiary qualification in human resources allied health social sciences or similar.
  • Knowledge of Australia National Standards of Volunteer Involvement.
  • System experience in Carelink Plus Better Impact or other Volunteer management systems.
