Job Description

We are seeking an experienced Talent Acquisition Lead to join our team at Greater Western Water Limited. As a key member of our HR function, you will be responsible for leading the attraction and acquisition of top talent for our organization.

About the Role
The successful candidate will have a proven track record of driving efficiency and continuous improvement in a talent acquisition leadership role. They will be responsible for developing and implementing GWW's Talent Sourcing Strategy to deliver best practice talent solutions. This will include identifying, attracting, and acquiring the best talent for our organization.

Key responsibilities will include:
• Developing and enforcing guidelines on contingent workforce cost
• Managing and reviewing rates to ensure they are competitive, equitable, and within budgetary constraints
• Collaborating with the Procurement team to ensure alignment to the Victorian Government State Purchasing Contract sourcing panel
• Negotiating, reviewing, and managing contracts with recruitment agencies outside of the panel where exceptions are approved
• Building and cultivating an innovative culture in an operational context

Required Skills and Qualifications
To be successful in this role, you will need:
• Proven ability to drive efficiency and continuous improvement in a talent acquisition leadership role
• Extensive experience in the development and enforcement of guidelines on contingent workforce cost
• Strong problem-solving, reporting, and communication skills
• Ability to build and cultivate an innovative culture in an operational context
• Experience steering operations teams within or outside of a HR function, with a focus on governance and managing service level agreements
• Highly organized with the ability to manage multiple, time-sensitive priorities in a fast-paced environment

Estimated Salary Range: AU$120,000 - AU$150,000 per annum
