About the Role


Greater Western Water Limited is seeking a highly skilled Senior Talent Acquisition Manager to lead the attraction and acquisition of top talent for the organization.



Key Responsibilities



  • Develop, design, and implement the company's Talent Sourcing Strategy to deliver best practice talent solutions.
  • Own the entire recruitment lifecycle to ensure an exceptional candidate experience.
  • Lead, coach, and mentor a team of talent acquisition professionals to provide the best possible sourcing service.
  • Continuously improve recruitment processes to ensure an efficient, streamlined approach.
  • Manage the organization's contingent workforce governance processes, including the development and enforcement of guidelines on contingent workforce cost.
  • Collaborate with the Procurement team to ensure alignment with the Victorian Government State Purchasing Contract sourcing panel.


Requirements



  • Proven ability to drive efficiency and continuous improvement in a talent acquisition leadership role.
  • Extensive experience in the development and enforcement of guidelines on contingent workforce cost, including managing and reviewing rates to ensure they are competitive, equitable, and within budgetary constraints.
  • Strong problem-solving, reporting, and communication skills.
  • Experience in steering operations teams within or outside of a HR function, with a focus on governance and managing service level agreements.
  • Highly organized with the ability to manage multiple, time-sensitive priorities in a fast-paced environment.
