Job Title: Upper GIT Surgery Post-Graduate Fellow

This is a part-time opportunity in the public hospital with potential exposure to private work. The position involves gaining experience in upper GI surgery, including oesophagogastric, HPB, and bariatric procedures.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Gaining experience in upper GI surgery
  • Supporting and coordinating registrars in surgical specialty departments
  • Participating in surgical skill courses and clinical research opportunities
Qualifications and Skills:
  • Fellowship of the RACS in General Surgery or equivalent
  • Possess evidence of Continuing Medical Education and self-monitoring/audit practices
  • Demonstrated sound clinical knowledge in Upper GI Surgery
  • High-level interpersonal and communication skills
