Electrical Estimator Job Description">

We are seeking a skilled and experienced Electrical Estimator to prepare accurate and competitive estimates for electrical projects. As an Electrical Estimator, you will oversee the preparation of utilities, HV, and industrial infrastructure projects valued between $1m – $100 million.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Oversee the preparation of accurate cost estimations for large-scale electrical work.
  • Collaborate with project teams to ensure accurate and achievable cost estimations.
  • Collaborate with suppliers and subcontractors to obtain competitive pricing.
  • Identify opportunities to enhance efficiency and profitability.

Requirements:

  • Proven experience as an electrical estimator.
  • Exposure to one or more categories of Electrical works and strong technical understanding of Private High Voltage Networks.
  • Strong process orientation with excellent attention to details ensuring accurate cost estimates and documentation.
  • Demonstrated experience managing multiple projects adhering to deadlines and budget constraints.

  • Experience in building and maintaining strong relationships with key stakeholders within the industry, clients, suppliers, and subcontractors.
  • Proficient with estimating software (Fast Track desirable).
  • Strong analytical skills and solid understanding of project lifecycle.
