Job Title:

A driven professional is sought to take ownership of our estimating process, ensuring accuracy, efficiency, and profitability in every project bid.

The ideal candidate will have proven experience as an electrical estimator with exposure to one or more categories of electrical works. They will be responsible for preparing accurate and competitive estimates while ensuring our pricing aligns with company margins.

  • Oversee the preparation of utilities, HV and industrial infrastructure projects valued between $1m – $100 million
  • Collaborate with project teams to ensure accurate and achievable cost estimations for large-scale electrical work
  • Collaborate with suppliers and subcontractors to obtain competitive pricing
  • Identify opportunities to enhance efficiency and profitability
  • Work closely with operations to develop winning proposals
  • Prepare accurate and competitive electrical estimates for commercial and industrial projects

Key responsibilities include reviewing project specifications, plans, and requirements to identify materials, labour, and costs. The successful candidate will also provide guidance to clients on budget considerations and project feasibility.

Requirements:

The successful candidate will possess the following qualifications:

  • Proven experience as an electrical estimator
  • Exposure to one or more categories of electrical works
  • Ability to prepare accurate and competitive estimates
  • Strong analytical and problem-solving skills
  • Excellent communication and collaboration skills
