About the Role

We are seeking a highly skilled and dedicated Hotel Hospitality Associate to join our team. As a key member of our hotel staff, you will be responsible for delivering exceptional guest experiences by ensuring all public areas are clean, tidy, and well-maintained.

The ideal candidate will have a strong attention to detail, excellent communication skills, and the ability to work effectively as part of a team. Previous experience in a similar role is a plus, but not necessary as we provide comprehensive training.

In this role, you will be required to:

  • Clean and service assigned guest areas according to high standards.
  • Work collaboratively with colleagues to complete tasks efficiently.
  • Safely handle cleaning chemicals and equipment, adhering to health and safety guidelines.
  • Assist with additional housekeeping tasks as needed.
  • Demonstrate a strong commitment to quality and attention to detail.
  • Familiarize yourself with hotel policies and procedures.
