Cleaner and Servicer of Public Areas

As a member of our hotel team, you will play a crucial role in ensuring the cleanliness and comfort of our guests.

Responsibilities include:
- Maintaining the cleanliness and tidiness of hotel public areas
- Assisting guests with their requests and ensuring they have an exceptional stay experience
- Working collaboratively with the hotel team to achieve common goals and objectives
- Providing excellent customer service skills and maintaining a friendly and approachable attitude at all times
Requirements for this role include:
- Full Australian working rights
- Proven track record of room servicing and cleaning
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
- Strong organisational and time management skills
- Ability to work autonomously and as part of a team
- Honesty and reliability are essential
