We are looking for a highly motivated and skilled Public Area Attendant to deliver exceptional service in our property's internal and external areas.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Maintain the highest standards of cleanliness, hygiene, and presentation in all public areas
  • Perform various cleaning duties efficiently and safely using specialized chemicals and equipment
  • Provide excellent customer service to residents, including key security, responding to inquiries, and distributing deliveries while ensuring confidentiality
  • Ensure the pool, gym, and shared bathrooms are clean, sanitized, and well-stocked at all times

To succeed in this role, you will need to be:

Essential Qualifications:
  • A fast learner comfortable working independently
  • Physically fit and willing to go above and beyond to provide an outstanding guest experience
  • Previous experience in cleaning or room attendance in a commercial environment (preferable but not essential)
  • Customer-focused with a proactive attitude to exceed resident expectations
  • Reliable and available to work overnight during the week, weekends, and public holidays
  • Proficient in English language skills, including speaking, understanding, reading, and writing
  • Valid Australian work rights
