The Opportunity

We seek a motivated individual to join our Housekeeping Team as a Houseperson and Public Area Cleaner. The ideal candidate will possess excellent communication skills and a passion for providing personalized customer service.

Key Responsibilities

  • Respond promptly to guest and housekeeping enquiries and requests.
  • Effectively manage time to complete tasks and requests.
  • Deliver linens and amenities.
  • Project clean public areas.
  • Conduct inventory and stock control.
  • Move furniture as required.
  • Clean public areas of the hotel.

Required Skills and Qualifications

  • A positive attitude and commitment to delivering excellent service & standards.
  • Immaculate presentation and advanced communication skills.
  • Strong attention to detail.
  • Passion for providing friendly personalized customer service.
