Job Overview:

The role of a Customer Service Coordinator is to provide exceptional support to customers through various channels, including phone, email, and e-commerce platforms.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Respond to customer inquiries and resolve issues in a timely and professional manner.
  • Access multiple computer systems to retrieve and update sales-related information, including financial systems, CRM's, inventory systems, and e-commerce websites.
  • Manage high-volume email inboxes to process customer queries accurately and efficiently.
  • Review, sort, and process high volumes of in-bound orders from e-commerce sites.
  • Support customers through dedicated customer portals.
  • Welcome and direct on-site visitors at the support office.
  • Prepare and deliver accurate quotes for customers.
  • Process customer and supplier purchase orders.
  • Update customer master data and perform general data entry tasks relevant to the customer onboarding and sales process.
  • Develop a good understanding of products and services offered by the organization.
  • Assist with sales support functions in other business units within the organization.

Requirements:

  • Confident communicator with strong interpersonal skills.
  • Tech-savvy individual with experience using and learning about new systems.
  • Proven experience in a customer service-based role with a focus on delivering excellent customer experiences.
  • Strong attention to detail with efficient data entry skills, including experience with e-commerce platforms.
  • Able to work autonomously and as part of a team.
