Customer Feedback Support Specialist

The Role
We are seeking a skilled Customer Feedback Support Specialist to join our team, where the focus is on delivering exceptional patient care in the Gold Coast and northern New South Wales region.

Key Responsibilities:
- Provide top-notch customer service by effectively communicating with consumer feedback providers
- Assist patients and their families to understand our Consumer Feedback Management processes
- Collaborate with the Consumer Feedback Service and Clinical Governance Service teams
- Deliver education and training on consumer feedback management to staff members who interact with patients

About You
**Requirements for Success:**

- A relevant qualification would be highly regarded, but not mandatory
- Proof of vaccination against Measles, Mumps, Rubella, Varicella, Pertussis, and Hepatitis B
- Tuberculosis screening to identify if the tuberculosis vaccination may be required
- Declaration of serious discipline history must be disclosed
- Background check will be conducted (costs covered by us)

Job Details:
- Permanent part-time position (22.8 hours per week)
- Hourly salary range from $45.81 to $50.46
