Strata Portfolio Manager

We are seeking a seasoned Strata Manager to lead our portfolio of Strata schemes, ensuring seamless delivery of services and building relationships with clients. The ideal candidate will possess strong leadership skills, a high level of technical expertise, and the ability to effectively communicate financial and procedural requirements.

Main Responsibilities:

  • Maintain a portfolio of Strata schemes, overseeing their management and ensuring compliance with relevant legislation.
  • Build and maintain relationships with clients, providing expert advice on strata matters and facilitating AGMs and meetings.
  • Supervise a team of Strata Managers, coordinating repairs and maintenance, and ensuring insurance coverage.
  • Develop and implement budgets and agendas for Strata schemes, as well as interpret and apply relevant legislation.

Requirements:

  • Minimum 2 years' experience as an Owners Corporation Manager/Strata Manager or similar role in other industries.
  • Strong written and verbal communication skills, with the ability to effectively communicate financial and procedural requirements.
  • Proficiency in technical systems and software, such as Outlook, Excel, Word, CRM, and document management systems.
  • Able to work independently and as part of a team, prioritizing tasks and managing multiple projects simultaneously.
