The Role

We are seeking an experienced Food & Beverage Manager to lead our restaurant and banquet operations, including weddings. Reporting directly to the General Manager, the primary responsibilities include:

  1. Developing creative strategies to maximise revenue in each service period
  2. Maintaining high standards of fine wine knowledge and exceptional customer service
  3. Fostering a positive team culture through leadership and motivation
  4. Collaborating with the Executive Chef on menu creation and beverage list development
  5. Managing all operational aspects of the Food & Beverage Department
  6. Completing administrative tasks such as rostering, reporting, promotions, recruitment, people management, stock control, and ordering
  7. Driving revenue growth and increasing exposure
About You
  • Hold a valid NSW RSA certification
  • Minimum 2 years of experience as Food & Beverage Manager or Assistant Food & Beverage Manager in a similar setting
  • Proven operational expertise in conferencing, weddings, and events
  • Demonstrated ability to work within allocated budgets and manage stock control and rostering
  • Excellent communication skills with well-developed stakeholder management abilities
  • Able to work a flexible schedule, including mornings, evenings, weekends, and public holidays
  • Exceptionally organised with the ability to prioritise tasks under pressure
  • Ability to remain calm when faced with challenging situations
