We are seeking a Restaurant Supervisor to join our team at W Sydney, located at 31 Wheat Road. Reporting to the Director of Beverage & Food, this integral role assists in the daily supervision of operations for our signature restaurant, BTWN.

Beneath the dynamic location 'between' sweeping expressways, BTWN evolves and transforms as the day unfolds to an ever-changing backdrop of Sydney's Darling Harbour.

  • Effective communication between Culinary and Front of House ensures smooth and seamless service.
  • Ensuring compliance with all restaurant policies, standards, and procedures is crucial.
  • Monitoring alcohol beverage service in compliance with local laws is a top priority.
  • Striving to improve service performance and setting a positive example for guest relations is essential.
  • Assisting Talent on the floor during meal periods and high demand times is a key responsibility.
  • Completing opening and closing duties, including set up and cleaning of equipment, is vital.
  • Monitoring employees to ensure performance expectations are met is a critical task.
  • Providing feedback to Talent based on observation of service behaviors is crucial.
  • Supervising restaurant and all related areas in the absence of the Restaurant Manager is a key leadership role.
