Job Title: Social Media Manager, Australia

We are seeking a highly skilled and experienced Social Media Manager to lead our social media strategy in Australia. As a key member of the brand team, you will be responsible for developing and executing innovative social media campaigns that drive engagement, conversions, and brand awareness.

  • Key Responsibilities:
  • Develop and execute social media strategies across multiple platforms (Facebook, Instagram, Twitter, LinkedIn, etc.)
  • Manage and maintain a strong online presence through regular posting, engaging with followers, and responding to comments and messages
  • Collaborate with cross-functional teams to develop and implement integrated marketing campaigns
  • Monitor and analyze social media metrics to optimize performance and adjust strategies accordingly
  • Stay up-to-date with the latest social media trends, best practices, and platform updates to ensure our social media presence remains relevant and effective
Requirements and Qualifications

To be successful in this role, you will need:

  • 8+ years of experience in social media management, preferably for a premium global brand
  • A genuine interest in movement and community, particularly running and training cultures, and how these show up on social media
  • Deep understanding of the digital landscape in AUSNZ, including creator culture, social trends, culture-first media channels, and social platforms
  • Expertise in writing and managing creative briefs that inspire agency and creative teams, and deliver against brand and business objectives
  • Skilled in interpreting performance data and translating insights into action
  • Experience managing budgets, with a proven ability to allocate spend effectively to support business and brand objectives
  • Ability to work across time zones and within a matrixed structure, partnering with global and regional teams
  • Excellent communication and project management skills
