Key Responsibilities
  • Provide excellent customer service and address customer needs in a timely manner.
  • Surprise and delight customers with consistent, delicious food offerings.
  • Maintain accurate department signage and pricing to ensure clarity for our customers.
  • Stock and clean shelves, frozen and dairy case to maintain a high level of presentation.
  • Maintain back stock in good order to prevent waste and optimise storage space.
  • Maintain a safe, clean and well-organised working and shopping environment for all employees and customers.
  • Assist with food crew sampling programs to promote new products and services.
Skills Required
  • Previous customer service experience, preferably in a similar role.
  • A customer-focused attitude and strong communication skills.
  • The ability to work effectively as part of a team and be adaptable to changing situations.
  • Passionate about good food and willing to learn and develop new skills.
  • Flexible availability and willingness to work a variety of shifts.
