Overview

Telstra Retail: Full Time Customer Service & Sales Consultant, ROUSE HILL. This is a full-time Retail Consultant role based in the Rouse Hill store.

What you'll do
  • Be continually trained on the latest tech and gadgets to support customers with quality solutions
  • Use a consultative selling approach to understand customer needs and provide customised solutions
  • Help customers connect to Telstra services and products, delivering excellent service in a fast-paced retail environment

  • Able to build connections with new and existing customers
  • Capable of developing customised solutions for customers
  • Driven to reach and exceed sales targets and KPIs
  • Eager to learn and grow within the role
  • Experience in a customer-facing role
  • Enjoy working in a busy retail setting while maintaining high service standards
