Role Description

This is a full-time hybrid role for a Customer Service Specialist, based in Sydney, NSW, with some work from home flexibility. As a Customer Service Specialist, you will handle customer inquiries, provide support and ensure customer satisfaction. Your day-to-day tasks will include managing phone calls, addressing customer concerns, and enhancing customer experience by providing exceptional service.

Qualifications
  • Experience in Customer Support and Customer Service
  • Skills in Customer Satisfaction and Customer Experience
  • Proficiency in Phone Etiquette and handling customer inquiries
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
  • Ability to work both independently and collaboratively
  • Previous experience in the pest control industry is a plus
  • Relevant qualifications in customer service or related fields
