Health and Safety Administrator

The Protech Group is seeking an experienced Health Safety and Training Administrator to join their team at Newlands Open Cut. This is a great opportunity to work with a leading client in the mining industry.
As a Health Safety and Training Administrator, you will be responsible for maintaining data integrity at a high level and ensuring the accuracy of site authorisations and relevant competencies/certificates.
Main Responsibilities:
- Be proficient in the use of the Microsoft software suite, primarily Excel and Outlook, at an intermediate level.
- Enter data for site authorisations, relevant competencies/certificates, and maintaining data integrity.
- Be experienced in the use of general office-based systems, including scanning, photocopies, and filing.
- Effective communication and interaction with colleagues.
About You
- Previous experience in a mining-related role, preferably in HST administration.
- Understanding of mining-related skills/competencies (e.g. Standard 11, Health Assessments, Training Transcripts, RII Competencies, EWP, Work at Heights, Confined Space, etc.).
- CBM, SAP, and Workday program experience highly regarded.
- Minimum 2 years consecutive admin background (Mining HST Admin preferred).
- Standard 11 (SOA) and Surface Health Assessment (CBM) preferred.
- Rights to work within Australia.
- Ability to successfully complete a pre-employment medical and D&A.
