About the Role

This part-time/full-time or casual position involves providing high-quality, person-centered care to clients in their homes. You will be responsible for assessing, diagnosing, and treating a wide range of health conditions and movement disorders using evidence-based practice. Your role will also involve developing personalized rehabilitation programs to help clients achieve their goals.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Treating clients with various conditions, including co-morbidities, post-acute care, post-surgical, pre/post natal, cardio-respiratory, and rehabilitation therapy in their homes.
  • Providing high-quality, affordable care to our valued clients in the community.
  • Assessing and diagnosing health conditions and movement disorders.
  • Developing and implementing rehabilitation programs using evidence-based practice.
