We are Specsolutions, an Indigenous supply chain aggregator dedicated to fostering growth and opportunity for our partners and clients. As a Service Desk Agent, you will be part of our dynamic team in Melbourne, supporting Datacom's Service Desk.

Job Description

This is an exciting opportunity to join our fast-paced team and deliver exceptional technical support to end-users. You will troubleshoot and resolve complex technical issues, maintain detailed logs, and build expert knowledge of supported applications and systems.

Responsibilities

  • Provide technical support via phone and email in a helpdesk environment.
  • Troubleshoot and resolve technical issues, escalating when necessary.
  • Document interactions and resolutions accurately.
  • Develop and maintain expertise in supported applications and systems.
  • Keep users informed during issue resolution.
  • Contribute to process improvements for enhanced service delivery.

Qualifications

  • Experience in technical support, preferably in large organizations.
  • Familiarity with desktop applications, systems administration, and network engineering.
  • Excellent communication and problem-solving skills.
  • A service-oriented mindset with teamwork capabilities.
  • Security Clearance (desired).
