About the Role

The Tech Bar Support role is an exciting opportunity to join our dynamic team at MedHealth. As a key player in our support function, you will be responsible for delivering exceptional technical support to our employees.

Your main objectives will be to troubleshoot and resolve IT-related issues, ensuring that all office technology is operating smoothly.

In addition, you will play a vital role in the onboarding process, guaranteeing that new starters have a seamless experience from Day One.

Key Duties
  • Deliver high-quality technical support to employees
  • Investigate, analyze, and resolve hardware problems
  • Manage hardware delivery and returns, including troubleshooting
  • Ensure meeting rooms and office technology are fully operational
  • Provide training to end-users as needed
  • Support key events and functions requiring technology
Essential Qualifications

To be successful in this position, you will require:

  • 2+ years of experience in a service desk or equivalent role
  • Strong knowledge of Office 365 and Windows
  • ITIL certification or equivalent experience
  • Familiarity with Fresh Service or similar ticketing systems
  • Working knowledge of Active Directory, Azure Active Directory, and Print Servers
  • Proven experience supporting printers, both in person and remotely
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
